A. hi as such no need of Medicine I mean,if your child looks active, take food and sleep well then no need of Medicine please keep your child well hydrated give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more which helps to maintain good bacteria in intestine maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
