A. dear parent, for 1 year old baby, give all family foods. give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups Grains Pulses , powdered nuts Egg and Nonveg especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables which are found to be lacking in infant diet. about 400-500 mL of milk but instead of giving only as milk which reduces the appetite for other food use milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. breastfeed baby till 2 years.

A. 1 year baby diet plan break fast as poha cheela idli dosa uthapam suji halwa upma cornflakes chocos mid morning any fruits lunch as rice dal sabji and raita and salad evening snacks as vegetables cutlet bread pakoda potato tikka dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha
