A. hello mom thete is not any restrictions at all but as a new mother as a feeding mother your diet should be very healthy as well as nutritional you can have sand which is you can have oats uttapam Chilla stuffed pranthas poha but make sure that you should not have anything heavy but if you are having craving for anything you can have it in the Limited quantity only
