you should have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in xdecreasing the pain.
for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well axs you can txake physiotherapy.
meet your doctor if it is not improving.
advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables.

it happens because of vitamin D and vitamin B12 deficiencies
so please take Healthy diet
especially green veggies, multigrain food items, etc more
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
don't sit or stand for long period
avoid drinking RO water
