Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi to remove lice ,wash your child's hair with mild or your doctor's prescribed shampoo. then comb wet hair with big toothed comb. it will help to reduce them. you can apply olive or neem leaves oil on your child hair .
