A. It is normal for a one-month-old baby to develop small pimples on the face, commonly known as baby acne. This condition is caused by maternal hormones and usually resolves on its own within a few weeks to months without any treatment. Avoid applying any creams, oils, or lotions that might clog pores. Simply wash the baby's face gently with plain water and pat it dry. If the pimples worsen, seem irritated, or do not clear up after a few months, consult your pediatrician for advice.
