#AskTheExper good morning sir, my son is 6 years old two years back he had a minor accident resulting in loosing his 2 front teeth upper side but his pediatrician said that these are the milk teeth as time will pass he will have new teeth but now I am getting worried about it plz let me knw at what age kid have their permanent teeth
