A. no, it's not normal, Cold, warm weather, dry winter are cause of nose bleeding. Have your child sit upright in a chair or on your lap, then tilt his or her head slightly forward. Gently pinch the soft part of the nose (just below the bony ridge) with a tissue or clean washcloth. Keep pressure on the nose for about 10 minutes; if you stop too soon, bleeding may start again. you can also cold compress or keep cold washcloth on nose. will help

A. Most nosebleeds in children are due to dry air, nose picking, nasal allergies, or other factors that irritate the delicate blood vessels in the front of the nose. A person should consult a doctor or pediatrician if the child has frequent nosebleeds or has recently started taking a new medication.
