Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl7 months agoA. hi well , 7 months old baby can take food twice in a day so you can offer food items like ragi porridge ,makhana porridge , liquid khichdi , seasonal vegetables and fruits puree etc but please continue to offer breastfeeding too
