Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl9 months agoA. hi ideally , it can be introduced after age of 1 year so if your child is of 1+ year old , you may introduce cow's milk in his diet. but follow 3 days rule to check if child is allergic to it or not.
