Q.

#AskTheExhpert hello mam...my daughter is 10 years old...she has gastric and constipation problem... sometimes she feel better but after some time again this problem accure...one more thing her height is not increasing as per her age ..so what should we do..

A. till 1yr he took a liquid food we tried to gv him solid food but never he took it n now i have started to gv him khichdi with vegetables but he swallowed it n NVR chew it I use to gv him potato egg normal rice fish carrot beans etc but he never saw n interest on it I don't know how to gv him a solid food bcz he directly take out from mouth

A. dulcolax suppository occasionally but not regularly tConstipation is very common in babies you have to modify the food which is more in fibre like green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits like apple mango papaya banana etc
