A. hi sometimes babies drink milk too fast and swallow air with milk which gets trapped in stomach and then at the time of burping or after feeding air comes out with milk which we call spit up so to prevent it , please offer small and frequent feeds. make sure your child latches properly. I mean ,the whole aoreola part of breast should be covered well by your child mouth. burp your baby in between and after each feeding
