Milk,ghee, cheese, butter, curd, paneer rich in calcium, protein
dal rich in protein
Fruits and vegetables - vitamins and minerals
Leafy vegetables - iron; Ragi - calcium, iron,egg , meat protein , calcium rich .
Make sure that baby meals contains protein, calcium, vitamin minerals rich.
Millet/cereal based breakfast with milk, fruits.
Mid morning , evening - fruits, Soaked dry fruits and nuts or dry fruits milk shake, snack items.
Lunch/dinner with vegetables/dal,egg/meat,curd which meets required nutrition.
