Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. At this age your baby should be able to eat all home made foods. Give your baby rice, chapati, vegetables and fruits, full fat milk, sweet potato.
Try to limit sugar and salt intake. Brush twice a day without fail.
Give your baby some protein from nuts also. Easiest way is to add some almond powder to the flour that you make roti for her. Or you can make a nice paste of coconut, almond and sugar or jaggery and make a filling. Roll it like Aalo paratha.
Give your baby a full balanced meal. Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Give enough water so that the baby is well hydrated.
Give lots of vitamin c and vitamin d rich foods so that immunity is built in the body.
