#askthedoctor My daughter is having speech delay she is just started to phrase sentences sir. do i need to be worried or does she need speech therapy.?! And she completely understands tamil and english and always replies in English and she started to read recently no physical disabilities and her skills are so good too. In a way she is smarter than others but in some other way she is way dumbest than others what to do now pls help
