#askthedoctor my daughter is an exclusive breastfed baby. I’m trying to introduce bottle and formula to her, but she’s rejecting totally. I’m worried about her weight gain. Please share tips to get her used to bottle and if just breastfeeding is enough till 6 months. Thank you

A. Dear mum, you should continue with exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months complete. Breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months. You should avoid formula and bottle feeding. Bottle feeding can be a source of infection for your baby. It interferes with your baby’s teeth development and is a difficult habit to get rid of.
