Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. it is important for you to know that the weight of the child depends upon the genetic patterns and by that pattern only the weight gain in child is seen.
it also depends upon the diet the child is taking.
so it is advisable that you should meet the doctor who will tell you whether there is anything to worry or not and whether the child requires any health supplements.
the child. should be given different flavours and recipes made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily in small amount.
you can add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child.

Zincovit 2.5 ML once in a day for two months you should be giving this will help in boosting the Indian and will help in meeting up all the deficiencies if your child is having any at this particular point and that’s what is going to be fruitful in the long run so you can go ahead with that also if you require you can always take an assistance from a paediatrician or a nutrition expert on this
