This is very important for building the immunity also.
Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc.
Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common.
Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1h-2 months tjuo increase the appetite.
Diet counselling is also very important .

U You don’t have to understand force as to why your child is not eating there could be a possibility that probably your child is having its teeth or maybe your child is having some deficiency that is why your child is not eating so you just have to figure it out first and then go ahead with it
