if you have any more doubts,keep observing, wait and watch and u can also get clinical examination done once by the doctor available and get further guidance regarding this.as food for the baby you can give all kind of seasonal fruits and vegetables. you can give Apple everyday .can also give mango , pomegranate,papaya and banana according to the season and requirement . avoid giving banana excessively and daily otherwise it may cause constipation. you can also give rice preparations oatmeals curd preparations, and daliya. it will be better if you are able to give dairy products daily apart from milk. refrigerated and packed foods should be avoided, junk foods should also be avoided. if you will give excessive of milk to the child the hunger may get satisfied by that and the child may not be interested in having other variety of foovdd. over all you need to see that you are giving a balanced diet to your child with proper fulfillment of nutritional and energy requirements according to the age

Its Really very hot right now you cannot expect anybody to be very happy And kids really have a higher body temperature As compare to us so that is why they sweat more than of now you can go ahead with dal rice water Then shift or fruits and vegetables in the form of purée Porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato you can go ahead with Suji Kheer Upma Halwa dairy products and good amount of water and also remember please add all the spices to the food including salt just avoid sugar
