Q.

#askthedoctor my baby is not liking the solid foods which are tastes sweet. Can I use very little salt for preparing my 6 months baby's food? Like rice with potatoes and carrots with very little salt.

A. avoid to add salt n sugar in baby food as your baby is only 6 month old . .as it will affect your baby's developing kidney.. all the very best..

A. U Just avoid using sugar you can do is jaggery powder date syrup or salt and all other spices in the food to give it a proper flavour and taste just sugar is restricted for initial six months Avenue and start with semisolid food salt you can give proportionately
