A. Hi kids can get their first milk teeth as early as 4-6 months. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth 3-4 times a day to facilitate the eruption process of teeth.

A. hi well ,it could be teething or natural soothing way . so don't worry about it much. just try to give gentle massage with clean finger on sore gums of your child which help to soothe itchy gums. you can give wet soft clean Cotton clothe to chew.
