Hey mom to improve the weight of your baby , You should give a healthy and balanced diet for baby's proper physical and mental development..Include foods from all food groups.like milk and milk products, pulses and grains, fruits and vegetables especially green leafy veggies,fish and eggs also give dry fruits like cashews ,walnuts and almonds

As ur baby is one year old now, u can give all that you cook for your family. Add some of the weight gaining food to ur diet like egg ghee chicken paneer curd cheese potato rice avocado ragi banana shake etc for weight gain
