Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hair fall usually happens because of many factors and most of the time its multifactorial. Most important is the requirement of proper nutrition where a diet rich in good amount of protein iron and other micronutrients is important. Iron and Zinc also plays important role. Other factors could be hormonal disbalance specially thyroid hormone . A good care here along with maintainance of proper hygiene is also necessary . Use good product specially a mild shampoo with a good conditioner.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it might be result of hormonal fluctuation so ,I advise to take fresh fruits,green veggies ,nuts , pulses, dairy products etc more keep your self well hydrated apply mixture of coconut oil and two drops of rosemary oil twice in a week.
