Hi Which I can develop a proper I contact with people after completing the age of almost 1 to 1 1/2 years I have a proper stabilise to make an eye contact and most of the cases of child does not make an eye contact or does not respond to a name then that’s mostly due to a little bit of delay in the growth of the child
