#askthedoctor Hi Doctor, My baby boy is 7 months 20 days old and he is frequently getting affected with cold . In past 7 months is got affected 5 times . Is this an issue or it’s due to whether change ?

many times simple cough and cold is followed by secondary infections.d
it is very common that children will have a recurrent cough and cold as well as fever before 5 years of age and after that a proper immunity is developed and then this problem will go away.
get the child vadccinated for flu vaccine whdich will again help in decreasing this problem

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. It Is definitely due to some kind of an allergy because allergy only leads to frequent cold and cough to a child so you should get it tested for the kind of allergy that your child may be suffering from and according to that you go ahead with the treatment
