#askthedoctor hello sir/ madam my baby premature birth in that time baby only 1.3 kg weight now she 6 months old weight 4.5 kg its normal or not now I can start to give solids foods to baby how increases weight plz suggest me .....

Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi parent Solids can be given after her age of six months only (as she's premature , count accordingly) upto her age of six months she should be on the breast milk exclusively
