POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. The experts advise toddlers between 1 and 12 months of age not to consume cow's milk until at least 500ml (2 cups) is consumed in the day. In order for toddlers to be healthy, at least 11 serves of dairy foods per day should be consumed.
