Q.

#Askthe expert( pediatrician only) Hii today my baby got vaccinated with influenza and typhoid vaccines. Is it really painful?? will she get fever after vaccination?? And is there any chance that legs get swell( at injected area) ?? Now she is crying while she moving her leg .....what can I do?? what precautions can I take to get rid of it??

A. Thermophob you can apply on the area after keeping ice cube regularly do this about 5 to 6 times in the day the child is having more of pain and for future reference also whenever you get the vaccination done always do the same thing after bringing your child back home immediately also you can give paracetamol for pain even without fever paracetamol can be given. And you can wait for the paediatrician to be available I’m certain they will attend you whenever they are available
