#AskThe Expert I had a C - section delivery.....After my 40 days postpartum is over , when can I get my next period if m breastfeeding my newborn???? And what precautions to be taken while being intimate with my partner??

Hello mom It totally depends on harmonal changes in body some woman gets periods just within 2 to 3 months and sometimes it get delayed for more than one year. And while being a breastfeeding mother periods will not affect your breast milk so you don’t have to worry about it at all. Baby should be taught your mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else till six months
