#Askthe expert Hello...my son Aariz is now 14month old but he's weight 9.5 it's ohk sir !!! how weight gain baby I have no idea please help

Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Weight is pretty good according to the baby's age..not to worry about the weight much if the baby is active and healthy otherwise
give all the family foods to the baby three meals in between snacks all the seasonal fruits vegetables dairy products etc to the baby
include dry fruits ghee full cream milk in the baby's diet
