A. Give one boiled egg yolk per day. Give rice porridge, ragi porridge, give mashed fruits and vegetables or purees of fruits and vegetables. Give Dal and mashed rice. Give moong Dal khichdi, give wheat sheera. Give sooji halwa or atta halwa. Give green leafy vegetables. Give one paneer cube and if does not cause any allergy or loose motions. Give paneer once in every 3-4 days. Initially only one cube though. Give fruit smoothies. Give plain curd.
