Asking for my wife's niece.. Baby hand is like that after BCG vaccination. She is almost 2 months old now.

Don't touch or apply anything over BCG vaccination site
This ulcer heal with scar
No need to worry for that
Give all vaccination on time

Im Able to see any pictures to if you think that it is having a swelling or cyst form because everybody is complaining of the same thing as of now it’s better to get a check with your paediatrician maybe there is some infection which has developed so the doctor will suggest you a treatment accordingly
