asking for experts suggetion #my 6.4 years old girl has cough from 4 days and getting fever only after evening and once in a day it's also low grade fever now cough also reduced but today evening also fever came after giving paracetamol fever goes away im really worried why from 4 days fever coming after evening?? otherwise she's active playing well and eating normally
