If you are not breastfeeding your child then please try roasted flax seeds after high carb food.. but do take only roasted flax seeds.. you can start taking one tea spoon oke time daily and then increase it upto 2 tea spoons daily.. other better option is also to drink plain cinnamon water (get recipe from youtube) at night .. both these could cause bit heat in your body.. so try to drink buttermilk/tender coconut once I'm 2days.. even I had the same problem after my first delivery and one of my frnds suggested it.. both these to be avoided if you are trying to conceive/ breastfeeding.. as well as doctor said decrease ur carb intake as well increase lean protein in ur diet..
