A. hi parent, fruits are the main immune boosters, especially citrus fruits , dates etc...also zinc containing foods like nuts , green leafy vegetables ,carrots ,probiotics like buttermilk and yoghurt.. ..

A. hi as your child is 2.6 year old,you can offer homemade healthy and well balanced diet for immunity. offer green leafy vegetables, citrus fruits more keep your child well hydrated avoid giving RO water provide apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene.
