#askexperts my daughter is 4 and half months old now I want to know that she is ready to take a caw milk or other food items?

Neelam ChinnappaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hey mommy first six months are exclusively for breast feeding and u some cases formula milk. mothers milk is wholesome and full of nutrition. nothing is needed other than mothers milk not even water. you can start with semi solids once she completes six months . All the water she needs is present in the milk.
