A. Ideal weight of a 13 months old baby girl can be between 9.5 to 10 kgs depending on eating patterns and physical activities. To increase the weight, feed variety of foods mixed together like vegetable khichdi, milkshakes with dry fruits, mixed vegetable soup, oats, legumes, cereals, stuffed parantha, besan and beetroot cheela, chicken soup, fresh juices, coconut water, etc. Do not force feed and make eating a fun time. Feed in a separate room away from distractions and serve in kiddie bowl or plate or cup.
