#askexperts my baby is now 14 month old.. suggest me some healthy food like breakfast to dinner I jst want to give him proper iron & calcium increase his immunity...

A. At this age offer all home food Aim to give them two to three serves of dairy each day . Pulses, such as baked beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, garbanzo beans, lentils, and peas are extremely good for your baby as they are rich in iron. Broccoli,beat root and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable.
