Q.

#askexperts, my 5 year old boy looking very lean. also not eating much. frequently getting illness. how do I make him stronger. please suggest me. it means a lot to me.

A. dear balanced homemade diet is the basis for good health and immunity. daily diet should have grains, millets. proteins like pulses/non veg, egg, nuts. seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits are important. curd, mint, turmeric, ginger can be included.
