Q.

#askexperts my 2.4 year old son not eating properly, his hemoglobin is 8 which indicates very low level of iron. what to do? please suggest

A. Hello ma’am Ask your doctor and start an iron supplement apart from that what you can do is give good amount of beetroot and pomegranate to your child on an everyday basis as it is very rich in iron and can definitely help your child gain good of haemoglobin with time
