Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, hair loss problem is very common among women post pregnancy. Though it is temporary but it requires proper care. You must eat right and healthy. Include protein in your diet
Drink lots of water.
Oil your hair regularly and wash with mild shampoo twice a week.
Avoid hair styling products.
Apply egg masks.
