I will suggest that first of all you should get some of your blood and body checkup. if you have a body cramps it is indicated that your body have low calcium and vitamin d deposit and can be vitamin b12 as well. so get these tests done and start the supplemental help third you need to take a very balanced diet and physical activity

please do the following things:
Start to do exercises or yoga regularly after 6 months of delivery.
but don't do it harshly.
go for daily walk.
don't use vehicles for short distance.
eat calcium rich food like nuts,ragi etc more.
avoid taking processed oily spicy food.
don't sit or stand for long period.
keep your body well hydrated.
avoid drinkingRO water.
take apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day.
maintain good hygiene.
