Best way to track growth of baby is by plotting height and weight on a growth chart. If your baby is active, plays well, sleeps well, develops milestones normally then you need not worry about the weight.

Well, from chart it may seem so
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Don't use RO water as it's demineralized
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Give her more probiotics millets and citrus fruits
in diet.
