A. There should be 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks in the diet of a 2.6 years old child. Try to give all fresh and home made food for full nutrition. Here's the diet chart, you can follow - Breakfast - Oats porridge/Veg Sandwich/Toast with jam/Milk/boiled eggs or omelette/Upma/Poha Mid Morning - Juice/Cut fruits/Milk with atta cookies Lunch - Dal with rice/Vegetable Khichdi with curd/Aloo Parantha/Chicken or fish curry with rice/Mixed vegetable soup Evening - Veg cutlet/Milk shake with dry fruits/Sooji sheera Dinner - Chapati with gravy paneer/Chapati with vegetables/Idli-dosa with sambhar/Paneer roll/Veggie parantha Bedtime - Milk
