#AskExpert my baby is vomiting all of a sudden and his poop is all watery the pamper absorbs everything qlso my baby havent got any teeth till now is there anything to worry

A. Hi loose motion and vomiting could be due to the teething phase..you can confirm for teething phase by checking signs such as swollen and hardened gums, raised body temperature and soarness and itching in the gums
