#askexpert my baby is not burping now a days...tried lots of times but no success. kindly guide what shall I do ?

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. give only breastmilk till completion of Six month and feed in upright position and burp inbetween and after feeding session and give colicaid drops thrice a day.
hold in upright position for half an hour if baby has not burped

sometimes baby can take time to burp.
so no need to worry.
Try again after some time.
If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, no vomitings then no need to worry if does not burp .Take care and all the best
