Q.

#AskExpert My baby is 4 month 20day old and only breastfed. During night time he takes 4 hrs , 5hrs gap between his feed. Is it normal? Any ideal time interval for feeding in day and night?

A. During first two months you should maintain a gap of two hours between two feedings. But after completing two months it is advisable to feed your baby only on demand and do not give any forceful feeding on particular timings

A. Hi Mate , it's completely normal as baby grew there sleep cycle will also extend but if your baby is sleeping for more than 5 hours try to wake him up and feed them yourself.

A. That’s perfectly alright no problem at all in fact we say that you should feed your child only on demand as that is the right process and method that you should be following so just go ahead with that process only and when your child wakes up please free during that time only
