#askexpert I'm having cold and severe cough along with tightness in the chest... will it affect baby through breast milk?

No it is not going to affect your child through breastfeeding these things are not contagious why are breast milk but yes if you sneeze or cough around to your child then due to airborne infection the child can easily have a problem otherwise nothing associated with breastfeeding
