Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Consult a lactation expert for advice. Good luck and take care.
