#askexpert 30th week pregnant. My baby’s biparietal diameter is 82mm which is abt 33 weeks Head circumference is 291 mm which is 33 mm is it something to be worried about.

A. If there is a difference of three weeks or more than that, between the perimeters of head, circumference and abdominal circumference, then we have to keep extra attention to see if there is any growth restriction.
